Water:
Acea SpA is the leading Italian operator in the sector of integrated water services and operates across 4 regions. This segment provides drinking water distribution services comprising collection, abstraction, retail, and wholesale. It supplies water to approximately 8.5 million customers; and manages integrated water service in Rome and Frosinone, as well as in other parts of Lazio, Tuscany, Umbria, and Campania. In addition, this segment manages the waste water treatment system and pumping stations that serve the network and sewage trunk lines.
Environment:
Acea SpA follows the principles of circular economy to treat and recycle waste. The Environment segment operates in the urban management of environmental services. It runs waste-to-energy and composting plants, as well as produces energy from waste.
Energy:
This division supplies electricity and gas to families and businesses. The Energy segment runs hydroelectric and thermo electric plants in Lazio, Umbria, and Abruzzo; and supplies natural gas.
Lighting:
Acea SpA lights up the city of Rome and its beautiful artistic monuments through this division.
Networks:
The Networks segment distributes approximately 11 TWh of electric energy to 1.6 million people; manages public and artistic lighting; and owns photovoltaic power plants.
